@ Jamie….no u don’t have to take them out. I guess it can seem like a strange custom to eat, but after taking the plunge one realises it really ain’t so icky after all. Mainly bone and cartilage-like meat.

my yute how u nuh mention di big piece a pumpkin weh mi a see inna di pic. anyway two comments – yuh a gwaan like u can really cook anyting (…to show off my creation when I cooked dinner last Sunday)….ha! and 2 weh u a hot up mi head fa wid dem well cook food weh mi caan get di full hundred of over here….a jus some part part mi can get…..send mi some yam and peppa!
