Ouch, might i suggest picking up a tripple core now that prices (and you seem to be broke) for them have dropped thanks to the quads being more popular now ... if it's compatible with your mobo of course.

Well, for one you shouldn't be building a PC on cloth... >_>

Static kills!!! I've lost Ram that way.

You should be builiding on Tile or a Table if you can. Shirtless and ground your self with a cable.

Best way to be sure! IMO

Also, if it's within the warranty try and get it replaced.

It's not the rig it's you.

"Monday came home and the PC wouldn’t boot, no response when power button pressed at all. Troubleshooting the problem I though the motherboard was dead."

Some advice.

The first thing you do after building a rig is a "Burn in". If your system has a weakness it will be exposed immediately.

thanks for the comments guys

@ Reyian.....I have had so many suggestions on how to spell Jamaipanese out in Katakana. Thanks for your suggestion but as Calvin says there is no set way to spell word made up like how Jamaipanese is.

I have just updated the spelling though to show it is katakana not as a straight translation from English to Japanese letter for letter but how I want it pronounced.

formmally: ジャマイパネセ (jamaipanese)
Your suggestion: ジャマイパニス (Jamaipanisu)
How I want it pronounced: ジャマイパニーズ (Jamaipaniizu)

not seeing the new header?.....refresh your page.

Surely that's the great thing about using Katakana for words that don't exist (like Jamaipanese)? You get to spell them how you like, no? =]
