Irie City – Jamaica Themed Global Social Networking Site

To be “irie” is to be at total peace with your current state of being, the way you feel when you have no worries and a city is a center of population, commerce, and culture; a town of significant size and importance. Iriecity.com is a new site from a web developer friend of mine who has combined those two terms and teamed up with a few friends to create a social networking website. Irie City aim is to promote a unified world where everyone can leave their troubles behind, be irie and meet people of all colours, from any country, background and creed.

I think this site is a great idea and it’s popularity has exploded in the few weeks it has been launched. I thought I’d do my part to add a little buzz and shine a little spotlight on a hard working friend’s project so check out and register on iriecity.com!
