I love K-ON. I know it's just about their everyday lives and there have been some slow episodes, but overall I enjoy it. I do agree that it would be nice if they came back to focusing more on the music. I think the soundtracks for the anime are great. The characters are all very likable and I do not think Tsumugi is dumb. I think she is suppose to be sensible and kind of quiet on the outside. I think your right about the anime being pointless and boring but it shows how the relationship of the girls are becoming closer . I for one , liked the show because of the moeness and comedy of the anime . This type of anime is usually targeted to Otakus then regular anime watchers . K-ON is an all girl anime showing the slice of life of a band which is like Lucky Star showing the slice of life of 4 school girls . What a great and honest review of the anime .
