Little Kaiju – Animated Short film

I rediscovered a short film I first saw a few months ago called Little Kaiju that I forgot to share. The 3 minute short film combines the sights of Tokyo with an animated character that makes memorable viewing and maybe a subliminal message?

The whimsical journey of a mysterious vending machine dwelling creature who explores the shadowy corners of Tokyo after dark. Kaiju (怪獣 kai-jū) is a Japanese word that means “strange beast,” but often translated in English as “monster”.

I think it’s great that you were cited in a book! Does it really mteatr in what context you were cited? Someone took an idea you blogged about because it sparked an idea they had and ran with it. Isn’t that part of the point of a blog? To create wider discourse? And, even if Crawford did use your blog entry out of context at least you’ll always have something to rant about at dinner parties.
