I actually just started to watch this anime and have finished Epsode5. I am truly enjoying this series so far and find Kuniko an interesting heroine along with Momoko her transexual adopted mother figure. I was attracted to this bacause I had just finished the “Last Exile” by Gonzo as well. I like his stories and characters along with the fact the he usually teams up with Range Murata who’s art work is outstanding.

so far I have watched the first three episodes and the plot seems complicated but I am interested in watching more

Ok, just finished watching it now. The story seems kind of complicated, but it is interesting at the same time. There are some interesting characters and a few subplots going on at the same time. Your comment about the leg scratching made me laugh when it actually happened in the episode hehe.

The first ep did a good job and I will make sure to watch ep 2. I think it has good potential.

Queen’s Blade my get my next first impressions post. I also checked out the FMA, not bad but i need to catch up on the older episodes. Nice use of the smilies :D

I am downloading this right now . I will let you know what I think of the first episode. I also took a look at your list of spring animes. I think I will check out Basara and Queen Blade.

I am a huge FMA fan, but it seems like the new one is set in an alternate universe…
