I run to any of our customers who are having a problem, we are working very hard to improve our support and if we are doing something wrong we need to know why. This migration has been hard on everyone even if the very small number of problems and we are doing our best to communicate on every level with our customers.

I feel your pain. Not much else pisses me off more than having webhost problems. Glad they finally worked out in the end.

Very happy you had it sorted out, didn’t want it to end an a sour note with them, they’re very cool, to me anyway
