All the qualities that I stated that Asafa Powell lacked in his defeat to Tyson Gay (and Derrick Atkins) where present today in Veronica Campbell today when she ran from the back of the pack to steal victory by a whisker and displayed to the world that she was a true champion and not a quitter.

Congratulations to you Veronica, my respect and admiration for you just reached a higher level, I am looking forward to seeing you in the 200m and relays.
